It introduces a new algorithm which supports functionality notavailable in previous IE systems, such as interactive incremental trainingto reduce the human training effort. A disaster is the impact of natural or man-made hazard and all the disasters require mitigation measures. Current Disaster Management Systems are dependent upon manual data entry, analysis, and decision making. Semantic Web technologies have actively been used for the development of intelligent and self governed web based system. These systems include the use of XML, RDF and ontologies for formulation and semantic interpretation of data. The ontology defines rules essential to search the data from unstructured world i.e., World Wide Web, which are later used for information extraction and reasoning purpose. Various disasters related ontologies have been considered but none conceptualizes the domain completely. Most of the ontologies are designed for the specific purpose in the domain like the disaster plans, the task ontology for the emergency operation center. We have developed disaster ontology which almost covers every important aspect of disasters like disaster type, disaster date, losses including human loss as well as infrastructure loss, services, service providers, disaster location, and relief items etc.
The Web is continuously being transformed from a web primarily aimed at human consumption to a web of data which will allow autonomous agents to carry out complex reasoning tasks for humans. An indispensable ingredient for this transformation is rule based data integration of semi-structured web content in its various formats, such as HTML, XML, RDF and Microformats. By introducing the framework of Rich Unification, this thesis shows how existing rule languages can be adapted to fulfill the needs for data integration on the Web. It is shown that SPARQL, XPath and Xcerpt neatly fit into this framework. Xcerpt is extended to become a truly format-versatile web query language within the bounds of rich unification. One of these extensions is the expressive, yet polynomial time RDF path query language RPL. A model theoretic semantics for RDF containers, RDF collections and reification in the style of the RDF/S semantics is introduced as the formal foundation of query constructs specifically aimed at querying these RDF specifities. Both RPL and the other RDF query constructs are amenable for embedding in other RDF rule languages such as SPARQL or Triple.
Security model for RESTful application is need of Latest Architecture which is efficient and less in cost. During Research and development it is considered that this Security Model will be as light as REST architecture is where as effective enough to handle latest Security Issues. Federated Identity Management which is basic for Single Sign On (SSO) is also one of need in new security models. This Research introduced a Security Model for REST in which it would be able to Handle Federated Identity Management. JSON which is alternative for XML and also becoming popular in development due to easy to understand and human readability, it is also important to make sure this new proposed model adopt new technologies for which during development JSON is used. SAML is open source protocol but it is SOAP base, so our new RESTfull model base on SAML like structure with desire changes according to REST Architecture and also in place of XML, JSON form Data Assertion Packet were sent. We also tried to make sure our IdP which is handling every authentication and authorization processing shouldn't get over loaded also new purposed model should not be vulnerable to new security threats.
